Set on a "quiet" "woodsy" street "off the freeway", this hotel's big suites come with fridges and microwaves, as well as "bang for your bucks" freebies like WiFi, parking and a breakfast with "something for everyone"; in general, the fact that expectations are "met and greatly exceeded" makes it pretty easy to deal with the "thin walls and floors", but it's harder to stay in the "dated" rooms that have not yet been freshened up.

The location.

Hotel looked run down. Broken towel racks, several light bulbs in the room were never replaced during our 5 day stay(even though we requested).

I had never stayed at a Radisson and expected more.

It was nice and quite.

It was just not clean it needs lots of fixing.

I like that, rooms did not face the freeway but it was just not as clean as expected. There was hair in the floor and the paint was stained and the furniture in the room was stained.

Big suites.

Had to check out and back in for 2 night stay.

The rooms were all suites and very large. The grounds were very nice. The only problem we had was they could not merge our reservations. We had added a night after our original bid.

Structure is older, well kept, but in need of renovation soon.

Jacuzzi was broken. Breakfast buffet ran out of food due to several sports teams staying. Front desk should have informed its other guests to dine early morning or late morning. Not enough kitchen staff to keep up with the food demand. Hamilton steakhouse was very good! ...read more

I wasn't expecting a suite with generous room, in a spotless hotel with amazing grounds.

Hotel seemed understaffed based on wait times for general services.
